It is an important and integral part of the programme. The summer internship is an opportunity to apply some of the concepts learnt during the first year in real-life organizational set up. It helps the student immensely to internalize and apply concepts that he/she had grappled with in the first year. The Placement Committee assists students in finding suitable summer assignments. The summer internship follows the first year and lasts 8-10 weeks. It assists students in being more receptive to market needs, and in deciding their area of specialization in the second year. Students prepare a report on the summer project and present it to the organization.
Students are also required to give a presentation & report on summer assignment in the second year.
